MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 FINANCE & OPERATIONS (ALL MODULES) + MICROSOFT CRM

Project Overview
The project focused on transforming JAKPRO Group’s business operations through a full Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and CRM. A key objective was to establish standardized processes and automated consolidated reporting, enabling real time visibility, improved decision making, and efficient group wide management reporting.
The objective of the implementation was to establish a standardized and integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across JAKPRO Group. The goal was to unify business processes, improve operational visibility, automate consolidated reporting, and provide accurate real time insights to support strategic decision making across holding companies and subsidiaries.
Working closely with JAKPRO Group’s business units and stakeholders, I contributed to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as part of the organization’s digital transformation journey. The project required a structured approach to ensure every component from business process standardization and system configuration to reporting automation was aligned with the group’s operational objectives. My responsibilities included business process analysis, ERP configuration, data migration support, testing coordination, and user adoption activities. Collaborating with finance, operational teams, and management stakeholders, we focused on creating an integrated enterprise platform across holding companies and subsidiaries. The result was a standardized Dynamics 365 environment with automated consolidated reporting, improved operational visibility, and stronger support for strategic decision-making.
Approach

The biggest challenge of implementing Dynamics 365 across JAKPRO Group was ensuring consolidated reports accurately reflected the requirements of both subsidiaries and the holding company. The approach required aligning financial structures, establishing a Group consolidation entity, and standardizing the Chart of Accounts (COA) across the ERP system to achieve consistent reporting, transparency, and reliable financial insights.
I began with a comprehensive analysis of JAKPRO Group’s existing business processes, financial structures, reporting requirements, and operational challenges across holding companies and subsidiaries. This assessment guided the development of a Dynamics 365 implementation strategy, ensuring the solution aligned with group objectives. Collaborative discussions with finance teams and business stakeholders helped refine the solution design, particularly around consolidation requirements and process standardization. Next, I focused on configuring the ERP foundation, including financial dimensions, Chart of Accounts (COA) alignment, consolidation entity setup, and automated reporting structures. Through continuous validation and stakeholder feedback, the implementation established a standardized Dynamics 365 environment that improved reporting accuracy, transparency, and operational consistency across JAKPRO Group.
Process
My implementation approach was a careful balance of business analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration. Each stage was systematically planned and executed to deliver a standardized Dynamics 365 solution that supports accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and long-term business transformation across JAKPRO Group.
The process began with analyzing JAKPRO Group’s business requirements, financial structures, and reporting needs across holding companies and subsidiaries. This was followed by designing and configuring the Dynamics 365 solution, including consolidation setup, Chart of Accounts (COA) standardization, and automated reporting processes, incorporating stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives. Throughout the project, continuous communication with finance teams, business units, and management stakeholders was essential. This collaborative approach ensured the final ERP solution supported consistent processes, accurate consolidated reporting, and improved visibility across JAKPRO Group.

JAKPRO Group’s ERP transformation centered on establishing a modern, integrated, and standardized enterprise platform. As one of the first BUMD in Jakarta Capital City to achieve consolidated reporting across its subsidiaries, JAKPRO became a benchmark for digital transformation, demonstrating how ERP standardization can enhance transparency, governance, and strategic decision making.
