Implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to integrate Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales, improving efficiency, visibility, and business process standardization.
This implementation transformed core business operations by integrating Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Sales through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The solution streamlined workflows, standardized processes, and delivered reliable, real-time business information to drive operational excellence.
At Pasar Muara Karang, I contributed to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, focusing on aligning business processes with ERP best practices. My responsibilities included business process analysis, solution configuration, user training, testing, and go-live support to ensure a seamless transition from manual operations to an integrated digital platform.
Approach
PMK leveraged the standardized Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration developed for the JAKPRO Group, ensuring consistent business processes, faster implementation, and seamless integration across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.
I collaborated with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, aligning business processes with the JAKPRO Group's ERP standards. I coordinated testing, data migration, user training, and deployment activities to ensure a successful implementation that enhanced process standardization, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Process
The implementation followed a structured methodology, combining business analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and user collaboration. Each phase was carefully executed to ensure a successful deployment and long-term business value.
The implementation started with analyzing business requirements and identifying process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales. Leveraging the standardized Dynamics 365 framework adopted by the JAKPRO Group, the project progressed through solution configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing, training, and a successful production go-live.
My approach focused on delivering a scalable Dynamics 365 solution aligned with JAKPRO Group standards, improving process efficiency, data consistency, and long-term business growth.
